Orders are processed and sent for production the following business day after placement at 10am EST, once orders are in production you can no longer modify or cancel the order.

Because our products are made to order, we currently only refunds for damaged products within 30 days of order placement. We have sizing charts listed on all products therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges for wrong size choices.
